Besides tickets, the venue's portal also lets you buy merchandise and rent equipment — it all goes into the same cart and is paid in one order. For goods, you also choose how to receive them: pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Requirements
- The venue's public portal address; the merch or rental areas must be visible there.
- A credit card or a SEPA-capable bank account.
Adding merch to the cart
- Open the venue's merch area.
- Browse using the search and the categories; All Categories resets the filter.
- Tap Add to Cart on a product. If a product is sold out, the button shows Out of Stock and cannot be tapped.
Renting equipment
- Open the venue's rental area.
- On the item you want, choose the period under Rental period using the From and To fields. The price is based on duration — with Daily rate, Weekly rate (from 7 days), and Monthly rate (from 30 days) as tiers.
- Set the quantity and tap Add to cart. Rental items also show a Deposit (will be refunded).
Ordering and paying
- Open the cart via the cart icon at the top — it bundles tickets, merch, and rentals.
- Tap Proceed to Checkout.
- In the Review step, check your items; for rental items the chosen Rental period is shown here too.
- Fill in the required fields in the Customer info step — same as when buying tickets.
- If your order contains merch or rental items, the Delivery step follows: enter your address and choose Self-pickup (free, on site), Delivery & Pickup (price on request), or Shipping. Use Notes (optional) to leave a message for the venue.
- In the Payment step, choose Credit card / SEPA, accept the terms, and tap Place order.
Result
After payment you see the confirmation page with your order number; the details arrive by email. If you ticked Create account at checkout, you can find all orders later under My Orders — the only area that requires signing in.
Tips & pitfalls
- You set the rental period directly on the item, not at checkout — check From and To before adding the item to the cart.
- The deposit is refunded to you after the equipment is returned.
