After your show, the venue makes your set recording and other material available for download. You receive either a link with a download code or a personal content link — in both cases there is nothing to type, the access is part of the link.
Requirements
- Your download or content link from the venue.
- For large audio and video files, preferably a WiFi connection.
Step by step
- Open the link from your message.
- With a valid code you see your session with the event, the date, and the list Available Files — plus how many downloads you have left and until when the link is valid.
- Tap Download on the file you want.
Result
The file is downloaded and the entry is marked Downloaded. Your remaining downloads count down accordingly.
Your content link
If you received a personal content link instead, the page Your Event Content opens. It bundles everything about your show in dedicated sections: Set Recordings, Event Graphics, Event Photos, and Press Kit — each with Download on every file.
Tips & pitfalls
- Understanding the error messages: Invalid Code (wrong or incomplete link), Code Expired (time window over), and Downloads Exhausted (limit reached). In all cases the venue can help you with a new link — the contact address is shown right on the error page.
- Many requests in quick succession are slowed down for security reasons — wait a moment and open the link again.
