A venue sent you a link — for a guest list, a contract, or your recordings, for example. This page explains what kind of link that is, what you can do with it, and what to do when something goes wrong.

How access works
The venue works with an online platform that sends you a separate link for each task — by email, chat, or via their website. You do not need an app and you do not have to register: the link itself is your access.
There are three kinds of access: personal links, download codes, and the venue's public pages.
Personal links — just for you
A personal link opens a page prepared exactly for you. Typical examples:
- entering and maintaining your guest list,
- signing a contract digitally,
- filling in your requirements for the show,
- reading your event info sheet with schedule and contacts,
- giving feedback and granting consents after the show,
- answering a survey.
Do not share personal links: anyone who has the link sees your page and can make changes there.
Download codes — limited in time
For recordings and materials, you receive a download code. The page shows you how long it is valid and how many downloads are left. After that, it reports Code Expired or Downloads Exhausted — just ask the venue for a new code.
Public pages — for everyone
The venue's public portal pages are open to all. Depending on the venue, you will find the event program with tickets, the merch shop, equipment rental, lost & found, plus house rules and frequently asked questions. You can pay as a guest — by card, direct debit, or PayPal. You only need an account if you want to find your orders again later.
Two typical journeys
- As an artist: sign the contract → fill in your requirements → maintain your guest list → read the info sheet → after the show, download your recordings and grant consents. Each step arrives as its own link.
- As a guest or customer: find the event on the portal page → put tickets or merch in the cart → pay as a guest.
When a link does not work
If "page not found" appears, the link is usually copied incompletely or no longer valid. Copy it again in full from the message — and if that does not help, ask the venue for a new link. Their contact details are at the bottom of every portal page.
Your data
Personal link pages are blocked for search engines and do not show up in search results. Only the venue sees what you enter there.
