Before your show, the venue sends you a personal link to the Artist Hospitality page — your info sheet for the night. It is a read-only page: nothing to fill in, just look things up. This article explains what each section contains.

Header
At the very top you find your name, the event, plus Date, Time (start and end), and the venue.
Your Schedule
The timeline shows your night in chronological order — depending on what the venue has entered: Load-In, Soundcheck, Doors, and Showtime with your set times and the stage.
Venue
Name and Address of the venue — perfect for navigation. If the venue has stored a WiFi Password, it appears here.
Contacts
Your contacts for the night with role, phone number, and email — for example Production Manager, Stage Manager, or Catering. Phone numbers and email addresses can be tapped directly.

Guest list
If you have a guest list quota, a box shows how many guests you have free. Go to Guestlist → takes you straight to your list — that is where you manage it, not on the info sheet.
Technical Rider
The list of your equipment with quantity and status: Confirmed, Requested, or Declined. This shows you at a glance what the venue is providing for you.
Catering & Rider
What is prepared for you on site — such as Meals, your Special Requests, and dressing room information.
Important Notes
Additional notes from the venue and the Emergency Contact for the night.
