Before your show, the venue sends you a personal link to the Artist Requirements page. There you provide everything they need: tech, times, travel, accommodation, special requests, and your press material. The page is tied to your booking and partly prefilled with what is already known about you.
Requirements
- Your personal requirements link (from email or chat).
- Optional: your press material as a file (PDF, JPG, PNG, or ZIP, max 50 MB).
Step by step
- Open your requirements link.
- Check your details in the Profile Check section and correct them if needed.
- Under Travel & Transport and Accommodation, enter how you are arriving and whether you need a place to stay.
- Check your set times under Performance Times and add details such as Soundcheck Duration or Changeover Time.
- Pick your equipment in the Technical Rider section: open the selector (Select equipment...), choose an item from the venue's available gear, set the quantity, and tap Add. Repeat for every item.
- Add anything else that matters under Special Requests.
- Under Press Kit & Documents, upload photos and material the venue may use for promotion.
- Tap Submit Requirements. If you want to continue later, use Save Draft instead.
Result
After submitting, the page shows: "Your requirements have been submitted. Changes are no longer possible." The venue sees your details immediately and confirms your rider — you will then receive the final version from them.
Tips & pitfalls
- After Submit Requirements the form is locked — you can no longer change or upload anything. Use Save Draft while things are still open.
- If equipment is missing from the selection, a notice appears — contact the venue directly in that case.
- The page also contains the Manage Guestlist section with the direct link to your guest list for this event.
